For now, because this is a starting community, there's no requirements to view and/or download the files, but after this site gets 500 or more registered users, there will be a requirement of 15 non-spammable posts, or if you donate a total of $50 or more.

Not really a forum to download, but one that shows a file's metadata and re-directs you to a place that you CAN download from.
